Shipping

• Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum.
• Orders ship from Utah within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. addresses receive their bag in 3–6 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• International orders: contact us at sales@levy-llc.com for a shipping quote before ordering.

30-day returns

• Not happy with your bag? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
• The bag should be in resalable condition: clean, undamaged, with the pump bulb and carabiner.
• To start a return, email sales@levy-llc.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions within one business day.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Email us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Warranty claims

Warranty issues are not returns. If your bag has a defect or fails in use at any point, see our Lifetime Warranty page and we will make it right.
