Lifetime warranty. No fine print.

Every Levy High Rise Bag is covered for the life of the product against defects in materials and workmanship, including the fabric shell, stitching, air bladder, pump bulb, and valve. If it fails, we repair it or replace it at no charge.

What is covered

• Seam or stitching failure
• Fabric defects or premature wear
• Air bladder, pump bulb, or valve that will not hold or release air
• Any manufacturing defect

What is not covered

• Punctures from sharp objects, burns from muzzle blast or suppressors, or damage from misuse
• Normal cosmetic wear, fading, or dirt
• Loss

Even when damage is not covered, contact us. In most cases we can repair the bag or replace the pump for a small fee.

How to make a claim

1. Email sales@levy-llc.com with a photo of the issue and, if you have it, your order number or where you purchased the bag.
2. We reply within one business day with next steps.
3. We repair or replace the bag and ship it back to you free within the United States.

The warranty applies to bags purchased from levy-llc.com or any authorized Levy dealer.
